Return conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Returns based on quality issues are also accepted under the same 30-day window.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@jjappliancesazs.com or call +1 517-879-3563 with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return and provide a prepaid return label by email.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier shown on the label.
  4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we process your refund.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is free. There is no restocking fee and no reset fee. For remorse returns (you changed your mind), we cover the return shipping cost. For defective or damaged items, we also cover return shipping, and you may choose a refund or a replacement.

Refund timing

After we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. It can take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is usually faster than waiting for an exchange to be processed.

Non-returnable items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that are missing parts not due to our error, may not qualify for a full refund. If you are unsure, contact us before returning.
